Open Question: Is this email a scam?

The email said it was sent from: FBI Headquarters in Washington And the email says: "FBI Headquarters in Washington, D.C. Federal Bureau of Investigation J. Edgar Hoover Building 935 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, D.C. 20535-0001 Tel: 203-413-1789 http://www.fbi.gov/libref/directors/directmain.htm Attn: Beneficiary, VIEW THE ATTACHMENT FOR YOUR CONFIRMATION" I would like to view the attachment but I don't know if it's a bug. I'm afraid to even touch this email. Can anyone confirm this is actually from the government? Thank you guys! The email is deleted.
